The following store policies pertain to how orders are priced, placed, shipped, canceled, or exchanged. These Policies apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Services.

 

By placing an order on this website you agree to these policies and agree to be bound by them during you’re visit and after your purchase.

 

Terms and Conditions

 

This website and its content are governed by the terms and conditions available here and are pursuant to the laws of the United States of America and the State of Arizona in the County of Yavapai.

 

Pricing

 

All items are clearly marked with the price. The price on the site reflects the cost of the item at the time the customer viewing the item. If purchased at a later time/date or a shopping cart is saved the price may have changed at which time the new price will be in effect. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. We make every effort to offer a fair price for the item with an accurate description. As stated in our terms and conditions we reserve the right to correct any discrepancies in product pricing or description at our discretion before or after the sale.

 

Placing Orders

 

Orders placed on our website will be process as soon as it is placed. Our payment forms include PayPal or Credit Card via Braintree. We do offer volume discounts for multiple items. Professional discounts are also available for certain professions including but not limited to interior designers, developers, contractors, or architects. We also sell wholesale to galleries, gift shops, and other retail establishments. If you would like to inquire about any of the above policies please contact us with the item numbers and quantities. You will be sent a invoice with the items requested and costs. Once complete your items will be sent. Please allow 24 hours for a reply.

 

Shipping

 

Orders placed on our website will be shipped the next business day. All packages will be sent via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx ground. You will be sent a tracking number when the shipping label is created. Unless otherwise requested you will be added to the carriers email notification system to receive updates on the shipment. Please note we do not have control over the carrier’s shipping process including but not limited to notification, scheduled delivery, or service in general. If you need expedited shipping such as Next Day please contact us for a quote on shipping.

 

Canceled Orders

 

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed for shipment. If you wish to cancel an order please contact us through one of the methods on our contact page. If the order is canceled you will be notified by email. A cancelation fee may be deducted from your refund if any costs such as but not limited to credit card processing fees.

 

Exchanges and Refunds

 

We provide an exchange only on items purchased and shipped, scheduled for delivery, scheduled for pickup, or otherwise received by the customer. This exchange can be for another like item (different wood, color, shape) or any other item of equal or greater value. In no circumstance will the difference in the value of the item exchanged be refunded. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us in new condition with all documentation that came with the item. The customer will also be responsible for the shipping cost of the new item and any additional increase in cost. This process will take place using an invoice payment service. If in doubt before making the purchase contact us to request aditional information, we are here to help.

 

We do not offer a refund on any purchase unless, at our sole discretion: 1) the item you purchased had incorrect information such as price, description, or other information of which we need to contact you for revised payment or 2) the order is canceled before the shipment is processed.
